When I used to haul crude oil I could show you places in 2012 in Morton County KS that you wouldn’t know if it was 2012 or 1932. The Dust Bowl never dies just gets quieter now and then. I was surprised to see how much dirt still blows down there. I spread some manure to keep a small patch tamed down.
Do you suppose top soil moisture and winds have a correlation?
