Diet can help some people deal with Crohn's while others have no dietary issues with Crohn's. It's a strange little disease. My wife, a Crohn's sufferer for nearly a decade, can eat anything she wants. Stress is her primary trigger of a flare up.
Crohn's isn't a death sentence but it is a lifelong battle.
