I don't have it and do not know much about it other than what I have ran across by accident while studying other things. But Youtube search is your friend. I personally would highly question reducing the meat and might go the opposite direction. I have listened to numerous people that are on carnivore diets eating all meat get rid of their IBS problems. Peruse through some of the videos and see if any apply. From major institutions you will get general platitudes and "see your doctor" advice. I usually find better information from other sources. https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=dr+ken+berry+crohn%27s+disease+IBS Here is one example. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7XZJGFGhjbU Personal testimonies are not science, but after hearing a number of them it at least makes a person ask the question if there is something to it. The problem with science is it needs funded to do studies. Studies that do not lead to drugs that make money have trouble finding a funding source. So unfortunately we are left with mostly anecdotal evidence. John
