West Central MN | I don’t think anyone cares what the report says? Not the funds. Cried wolf to many times. Problem is usage and trade. Both are in a bad place. Covid, China exports are $4.65 billion for the first quarter. Up 344 million vs last year. The Trump Administration trade deal was for $36.6 billion. Or $40-$50 billion per Mr. Trump. Long ways to go and now I hear arguments about when the “year” started for the trade deal and what dollar amount to use. Not good. Ethanol is still off pace and 24ish??? SRE’s for EPA to decide on.
