I've seen a drive where a drive belt was too tight, it would cause net system to activate before it should and shoot net up and over knife. It wouldn't cut it, but tear it and show a missed cut, and error in wrapping on monitor. Go to programming in monitor and set proper belt tension. Also clean brush under steel roller on net wrap system. Both rolls should turn free without brake on, and no net in system. |
