Sioux County, NWIA | I won’t run a wheel rake without them. Last two rakes I bought had them already, first one I bought did not. I made my own from 1/8” plastic sheet. With wind panels, the crop flows better through the rake, and doesn’t blow around as much while the rake is moving it, but once the rake is past the windrow is still fair game to blow away, especially if it is perpendicular to the wind. | |
