Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn. | I got one of those Bad Elf external GPS units for my iPad but returned it. This was the style that plugged into my lightning port. I tried marking some rocks one day with my Ranger. I came back soon after with the loader and tried to use the marks to find the rocks. Some showed as being in a neighbors field. This was bare ground so I could at least follow my Ranger tracks to find the rocks.
The built in GPS was better than the Bad Elf. I was not using the Ag Finiti app. I forget what app I was trying to use, this may be part of the problem.
I planned on using the My Operations app from Deere to mark rocks this Spring but that didn't work very well for me either. I resorted to trying to line up with some landmarks as in the past.
