Subject: Outback RTK base and receiver communication

I have an A320/321 base and receiver for the tile plow that is working great. I just bought an A220 receiver and have another Gradient screen for doing surveys. I have not gotten the 321 base to "talk" to the A220 receiver (it talks to the A320 but not the A220). The A220 does not have an antenna, but all the lights come on. What do I have to do to get a signal from my base station to the receiver? I had heard that I had to slow down my base, but I am not sure what that means or how to do it.
