| After the market manipulation the USDA did last year to get the market down to the sweet spot $3.70 or less via less preventive planting, they have to be pulling their hair out this year to try to get corn back in that area once again or PLC payments will be huge. Of course payment limits will lessen their pain, but they have to be brainstorming in the think tank to lessen their exposure.If the $2.60 futures become reality it will confirm that there is no hope left.
