Looks like Martin covered it pretty good. But just to add. I believe you can use your county's T yield for milo. Better ask your agent though. You do have 2 weeks after your final plant date to get those acres certified at FSA to be eligible. Also have to report the prevented planting with your agent within 72 hours of that final plant date. So would have to be by June 33rd.........haha.
