se Iowa | It all depends on your soil, of course, and we are completely saturated here. Realistically, we could go a month and get a rain right at pollination and be just fine. My best corn crops have always shown some stress in June during the vegetative growth stages. Catch another rain during grain fill and the crop is made. Right now I'm most concerned about the damage from too much water. All of the water holes will have stunted, short corn. | |
