Understanding what you can control and what you can't and then not focusing on the things you can't, I think, is a secret to happiness.
When I finally realized that I did not have to know everything, was not responsible for everything and that I would, from time to time, be wrong and could accept all that, my life improved 100%. Wish I could have known that at about 30! | |
