Id say you have a bad implement switch or some interference on the sense wire that its not sending the voltage back to the monitor that the planter is down. A band aid to keep going is to put a jumper on pins A and B on the implement switch connection on the Stepper Drive Control module. This would make it think that the planter is down all of the time.
