30 years at 3.5% fixed, IIRC. First payment is not due for 12 months. And the "forgivable" part is relative to employees. If just you, $1000. If 5 employees, I believe $5000 would be forgivable. Don't quote me on that one, but that's the way I interpreted the government-ese as written.
