Found this on the Knowledge Base. Might help.

Tank Empty
The other alarm pertaining to tank level is a "Tank Empty" alarm that will flash at the top of the screen.

This alarm is not linked to the virtual tank volume countdown and is the result of pin 6 being grounded on the channel connection of the module.
This can be caused by incorrect control cable modifications, pinched wires or module failure. Inspect each of those items when this message appears:
If the "Tank Empty" error message is displayed, unplug the channel connection(s) into the module.
If the alarm goes away, the issue lies with the channel control cable.
If it does not go away, the issue likely lies with the Liquid Product Control Module
