| ham is pretty cheap and my boys are at home with me all day so I been making ham/egg salad sandwhiches quite a bit. Doesn't take a lot to make them and you can make a weeks worth in one batch so that is my vote.
My mom makes mashed potatoes with cream cheese then freezes them in ziplock bags... They seem kind of runny till you get them warmed up good in the microwave and then they are as good as the day they were made, works great especially if she sent home some frozen brisket with it :) | |
