E. Kansas | How kind of you providing meals for them. A lot of the food decisions would probably be best based on their particular health conditions.
Besides food, it would be good to encourage them to drink plenty of water throughout the day. Maybe a few bottles of cold water every time you bring some meals if their tap water isn't the best, or maybe fix a glass of water for each if you're there when they're ready to eat. More likely to drink some water if it's convenient.
