Nevada, Iowa | We really like gespacho in the summer months and have more garden produce to use then too. Makes a light lunch and a big batch will last us quite awhile. Summer is good for the grill also. Maybe grill a mess of chicken breast or thighs, they can be frozen. Same with burgers, a warmed burger from the grill is much more tasty than one from a fry pan. You could do a mess of bacon too for easy BLTs in the evening. Asparagus and green beans are an easy side. Just thoughts. | |
