NC Kansas | beef stick/cheese sticks. Can't think of the name but my wife buys these packs of cheese sticks wrapped in thin sliced salami that are good. You can make your own of course. Most any kind of nut. Gone are the days of Mt. Dew and Little Debbie's so I try to eat keto-ish as much as I can.
I may be an odd duck but I could literally eat a ham and cheese sandwich every day for one of the meals and be perfectly content. | |
