| Thanks for the help. I pulled the distillers back but not out. I got a bag of thiamine to mix in the ration and will bump it up in the mineral package as well when it gets delivered Friday. Plan to chop alfalfa grass mixed hay end of the week beginning of next weather depending. Plan was to use it as a substitute for straw and some of the distillers. How much of an inclusion rate can I use of haylage. Don’t have a grinder or access to one round here and have a horizontal mixer that doesn’t like long roughage hence the chopping. My partner is feeding the same ingredients as me. A little heavier on the distillers. His load and mine cane from the plant the same day. He has had no trouble. My cattle have been on feed longer.
