Based on what I have learned over the last 15 months getting healthier and having a more robust immune system is a lot more important than any vaccine. And in metabolically unhealthy people the immune response and thus the effectiveness of any vaccine is less than it is in a healthy person, so even vaccination works better if a person has a healthy immune system.

Obesity, diabetic, high insulin levels, high blood sugar levels, high blood pressure. All of those are BIG risk factors and can be addressed by diet.
