Haven’t tried it, find it kind of a long shot that a dietary supplement takenfrom a glowing jellyfish is what we are short of in our diet.

I would suggest trying exogenous ketones. Drink a few several times a day. If that makes a difference your brain is short energy from problems with glucose and the logical next step is a ketogenic diet.

This won’t necessarily detect if your problem is inflammation.

If you have high blood pressure, sleep apnea, diabetes, erectile dysfunction, neuralgia, or fatty liver. Skip the test and go directly to a ketogenic diet.

The ketogenic diet will also help reduce inflammation if you insulin is currently high. Just I don’t know of a simple dietary test for that.

Doing a glucose test and testing insulin over at least two hours would reveal that but it is easier to find space aliens than doctors who conduct the test.

Fasting insulin or blood sugars don’t tell you much until everything breaks down, but you can see markers for inflammation in a metabolic blood panel. If you test elevated for inflammation, then again go to a low inflammatory diet. And don’t neglect going in and getting a coronary calcium score.

Checking your carotids would also be a possibility with mild cognitive dysfunction. As would the aforementioned sleep apnea. If you aren’t sleeping well you will have insulin resistance and cognitive decline.
