Southeast Colorado | I have a note from my Dad kind of the same way (is why I asked).
I had rented a farm and had been trying to make money for a couple of years without a lot of success. Back in 2004 I was visiting with him about it and telling him I was considering letting it go. He came up with a plan on paper of how how he would cash flow a profit if he was me. He had all the numbers figured and at the bottom he wrote a big............YOU ARE NOW RICH!
A couple of days later he died in a tractor accident. It really enhanced the value of that note to me. I can tell yours has meaning too.
By the way, I still have that farm.........never did give up renting it........but I bought it about 5 or 6 years ago. | |
