Yes, make sure the first sheet is square! Then mark every third sheet or so to save a little time. As said above, there can and will be a small variation in sheets as you put them up. I think it's mainly due to how you stretch the sheets side to side. (Think pushing the ridges down on an r-panel sheet) at least that seemed to be my experience when I built my shop.
