Blame it on ignorance but countries like China, Russia and Brazil make it a policy to publish their production and inventory? I have to wonder why. Is this done with oil, automobiles and any other exportable production? Why give them a clue? I always assumed just the USA was stupid enough to give our competition all the edge.
