I noticed the post asking if Canadians could view a certain video and evidently there's a problem.

It would no doubt apply to European, Asian, Australian,South American and African residents too. 

If you want to view something that isn't allowed in your region I suggest you try either OPERA browser or the TOR browser.  These have a VPN that will hide the country from which you are access the Internet.

In the case of the TOR browser you will have to click on the icon in the upper right corner that stops scripts and there are several settings.  I usually pick the first that temporarily allows the site for YouTube and Google.  That should let the video play.

In the case of OPERA the VPN will allow you to pick the area you want to be viewed as origin.  In the address bar there will be a BLUE icon with the letters VPN.  You can choose Americas, Europe, Asia or optimal location. 

These browsers will be slower but at least you will be able to see things that your region might be restricted from seeing.
