S Illinois | And the next step in this great big conspiracy to somehow cheat you out is something is what? What will they do with this extra data? I mean spending a few billion in producer payments to see if NASS estimates are 150 million bu too high or too low sounds logical. And to cover this all up they also give support many many other commodities including fruits and vegetables.
I mean it wouldn't have anything to do with with lobbying saying that farmers need financial help. Just typing this response out make me shake my head more. Do people really just think this stuff up?
Edit: A couple other points. Will those who don’t qualify actually sign up aka those that stores nothing or sold everything before Jan 15th? That is likely a much bigger slice than those not carrying insurance. Seems like a big error being introduced there. And I assume they need this data right before they start surveying for the stocks report that comes out at the end of June. Oh wait this program runs through the end of August so guessing quite a few operations won’t be signing up until July-Aug.
