Short answer is yes!

I don’t remember the version update that included these options but you can enter either the elevation OR depth desired at a certain distance from the starting position (outlet). I would survey the line you plan to run first if possible including outlet depth set (if possible). Then go to your upslope hole and note the elevation op the plow set in the hole OR measure the depth you want to be. Then when you go to line profile to set your parameters, select the edit line tab for editing the line. You will want to select the “fixed point” in the drop down, the go to the distance you want the point and enter it according to the elevation or depth option you choose. You can find most of this on pages 458-459 and 464 in the manual from Trimble.
