I've been at it for eight years now. I have 16*18 and make them as short as the stack wagon can still pick them up.
Ends up at 80# bales, but more of my customers for small bales are women and they do want lighter bales. I've tried to upgrade to 14*18 twice at auctions, but so far there's been somebody willing to pay more for it than me...
