Subject: Custom work question

nw/nc iowa on the banks of West Buttrick Creek..
Ag custom work needs to be done right now, haying, spraying etc. In our area most old building sites are gone, but there are areas that have many sites to be done. I have thought that with a track skid steer with a grapple, also used in landscaping, you could do a lot of clean up work, just charge by tach time. Do a basic clean up and the next generation would bury the site, then get an excavator.???? Get a few sites prepped and then rent a excavator. They are expensive a high maintenance, just thinking out loud. This kind of work can be done from spring to freeze up. Guy in our area has an excavator and track skids steer, does a nice job, Cats for cleanup are obsolete and slow, especially if it rains.
