If I were you, I would hire a retired farmer to drive the combine that distance.  If you figure the time loading a large combine, and the time to unload, including tying and untying the combine to the truck bed, plus the overwidth permits, you are better off just driving it down the road.  When I was in business, we did this at least a dozen times over a distance of up to 200 miles.  If you figure a combine in the field all day harvesting, it would cover about the same number of miles.
