I've been mixing in more carbs than I was when I started. I have been very stable on my weight. Still no where near the carbs I was at before. No more sweet tea or soda, limited bread a lot too still. I would say that was my biggest 3 problems where I really overindulged in carbs. I did eat the wife's spaghetti for lunch the other day, then ate a light supper and just skip out on breakfast the next morning. I've got in a pretty good routine if I have a load of carbs in a meal that I will cut back or skip a meal after. Still down 32 lbs from my highest weight. I can tell when I eat the carbs though, don't feel as good the rest of the day.
