I can’t remember the down pressures i run but I do take some pressure off the wings in the spring. If running in the fall I need just a little more. I agree with other poster, I only pin the baskets if I’ll be planting into it. I keep my gang angle at 5 degrees all the time. Star wheels, I’ve run them in float and down pressure, I can’t tell any difference. I made a rear hitch for mine. Buttt, it was only made to pull a pickup behind from field to field. With some modifications to length, it would be heavy enough for a rolling basket.
