I don’t know what all the fuss is. June planting is normal here in the crawdad dirt. Seeing people on this board raise a fuss the last few years has actually been pretty fun. We are used to being the last region planted, now we get to be equal for once!




As others said, if their areas are usually may planted now they are june. You'd be July then.
Lucky my area has a lot of gravel and rock below the soil so dries up nice, But also If the corns not in by end of may there's a good chance it might not make it to black layer before frost
