Thanks for posting , and I appreciate your work and sharing it here. It’s such a breath of fresh air to read a marketing post , instead of gibberish.Thanks again , there is a mountain of old crop corn to move still , here in Western Kentucky, local chicken feed mill , is only open 5 hours a day , and if your not there early , you only get one load delivered. They are still at a premium, plus 30 as of late week.Local ethanol plant is plus 10.
Only bright spot I see is , lagging crop conditions here , three freezes in the last 6-8 weeks have our corn struggling.The late March corn is only boot top high, and we are still accessing low land areas for replant , we’ve had zero heat units for 30 days, yesterday was the first day out of the low 70s all month.Chances are ,There will be no August corn for the pipeline this year , from our area.
