$10 to plant
$10 for tillage
$20 for combine
Pay him $20/hr for whatever he does. Make him help on everything, repairs, hauling grain, combine, spray, tendering, planting..... Or he wont learn anything. If you are in the field, he is in the field. Unless something pops up that has to have is attention.
Or go old school and crop share.....
