I doubt if you can pull anything out of your totes like you want & get an accurate reading with your meter until the line is full. . I know on our meter air in the chemical really throws the reading off. Meter will read much higher. You can actually see the meter reading faster the more air going thru. I have seen meter read 20+ gal when there was less than 5 gal Jimmy inductor tank, which btw is on the suction side of the transfer pump.

Possibly ould work if you had a shutoff after the meter. Tht way when you started pulling chemical the line to the meter would be full. Ould need o shut the valve after the meter before shutting down the pump to keep linto meter full. I use to pull treflan out of a 55 gal barrell that way a using transfer pump for suction. Meter was an old mechanical meter for fuel. That was before these fancy electronic meters.
