I guess we all have different experiences. Amazon has been just amazing the past couple months.

Sometimes when I order before 5pm, the product will be delivered by our route mail man by 10 a.m the next morning. To me, that's amazing, considering delivery is "free".

Now, I do notice some items on the Amazon site that I've ordered before do say "not available, don't know when they will be available...."kl

Had to return one item that was wrong. Free return. Dropped off the pkg @ UPS store at 10 a.m., at 11 a.m. I got a text saying Amazon had credited my account, thank you for the business....!!

Not sure how their delivery business will go. They're supposedly ready to use drones also.
