Now you are mad because you can't "double-dip". sorry 'bout your luck.
We can argue whether there should ever be any "bailout" type programs. For now, there is, and in this case, it is designed to help compensate those who lost value because of the virus-influenced market collapse. If that is the goal, why should there be any payment for grain already locked in last year at a "obvious-to-you-so-should-have-been-obvious-to-everyone" higher price?
