| I have a quarter of tired hay ground and would like to farm it for a few years to level it off before turning it back into hay land. I sprayed it with 32 oz of roundup and apparently was to early as there’s some new grass greening up now. My plan is to put anhydrous and starter granular down with my 1895 drill, come back with a second pass of of 32 oz of roundup and some 2-4d ester to smoke the alfalfa and the remaining grass, then plant rr corn with liquid after it rains here in a couple days and softens the ground to help penetrate and close the trench. Just curious if the grass will kill if I spray after I go over it with the air drill, will the corn look like crap as the roots of the sod aren’t completely dead yet since it’s greening up again? | |
