South Central NE | I have a question for you locker beef guys. I just got my appointment for my steer for January. First one available, which is fine. I'll just coast him along for a while. My question is with all the locker beef going in now what happens to your market in 6 months? Do you keep feeding like this is going to be the new normal? Do you commit to locker space before you have a committed buyer? One local feed lot sold 138 head all going to the local locker plants. I realize you can always just sell them as normal fats so you have that floor under you. Just curious. |
