West of Lincoln a little bit
I'm doing cash contracts in small chunks. I typically like to sell this time of year (seasonals), yet I hate these prices. Sell little bits here and there makes me feel proactive, but also like i'm not completely giving away the farm (if it drops to $2.70 I'd be sick so $3.20 is better right?). Cash contracts are nice because I don't have to babysit them. Every HTA I've done I've screwed up a good basis lock opportunity thinking a better one was coming. Just easier if I do cash and get the best I can. There's so many unknowns right now I need something stable.
