| If everyone would just sell at the high every year like you everything would be good. Oh wait, maybe land rent would go way up because everyone would have more money and they would spend it renting high priced land. I think you should just be glad that you sold at a good time this year. The payments look way smaller then everyone is thinking now anyway. With only 50% and the lower of 2 choices it will be small compared to MFP. I would guess that the best anyone will do would be to average around 30 cents a bushel on overall production with most guys getting less. | |
