The plugged cooler would explain the first tank being off. The second tank was only a little off. The third tank is off by approximately the difference between actual product and lbs of N. Any chance a setting might have be accidentally changed? Not saying this was or wasn't the case but .82*150 is approximately your third rate.

There is some guess work involved in getting field IQ setup on an NH3 system but it shouldn't take more than a tank of product to get everything worked out. On and Nh3 system there are basically 2 things that need to be figured out flow meter calibration number and valve settings. Typically for the flow meter calibration you take the calibration number on the meter and use that as your starting point. If there isn't a number on the meter you should be able to get one from the meter manufacture. One thing to note is that different companies used different units to define their calibration number. The calibration number could refer to a certain number of pulse to equal a pound of N or it might refer to the number of pulse to equal a gallon of liquid Nh3. Field IQ supports a couple of different units for flow meter calibration numbers so make sure you know how your meter cal is defined and that it gets entered correctly. You can also convert the units yourself if necessary. This typically gives a decent starting point that can be further calibrated with actual scale weights. Valve settings are the other major part of the calibration. The valve setting control how the valve moves and need to be set so that the system can hold a steady rate without constantly over and undershooting or being slow to adjust to changing ground speeds. Gain, allowable error, and minimum response define the valves movement. I will post a pdf with an explanation of how these settings work and some recommend valves for different system but I don't see Dickey John listed. You need to valve the system running a smooth rate before checking the meter calibration with scale tickets. If you change any of the settings be sure to write down previous values so you can go back to them if the new setting makes things worse. I would assume that your dealer has went through these setting and has come up with something close but that may not be the case.
