i was told AFTER our o'ring blew that the nut is supposed to be tightened to 400 FT Lbs. now that is tight, they say the vibration on the spring behind the cap nut loosens it over time,
never knew they had a nut retention kit, will check that out too. blowing oring after hours is not fun either.
