No its fresh picked out,caught Monday,picked out Tuesday,eaten Wednesday,Its a bit costly about 6$ a small little tub,4 sandwich ish,Picking them out is hard job,women here get kitchens inspected and do it at home usually,sell at local fish markets,its way nice better than lobster I think.Had some last week on Halibut steak ,wow.
