Glad you like them!  You are welcome.

We eat either the chaffles or the similar but fluffier muffins daily. Used to be chaffles all the time but since she started making the muffins we have them about half the time. I slice them in half and add liberal butter. They are really good also and she can make them up ahead of time several at a time in a muffin pan.

Your sandwich looks great.

For anyone that just does not like the looks of eating a waffle for bread, Dash makes the mini griddle that makes the chaffles without the waffle indention's. No taste difference but actually the chaffles hold things like butter or cream cheese better. Creme cheese is a really good topping when just eating the chaffles as bread and not as sandwich bread. Although creme cheese would probably be good in a sandwich for spread too.
