I need to get back on this train, but since the wife and kids have been home from school the last few months there's candy, pizza, bread, potatoes, ice cream all over the place.  Original plan was stay this way until summer.  Maybe take a break and hit it again in the fall.  Well, summer now turned into at least 6 months.  I still skip breakfast and eat two meals a day.   I've put back on about 5 pounds.  Maybe it will finally warm up and I can stay outside more away from the food.
