Lancaster, OH | I'm down about 30 or so since mid-December by trying to be "more" LCHF. As I've said, I haven't given up ice cream.
Chaffles, eggs, peanut butter alone or in combination is my breakfast
Protein shake is lunch. Yesterday I was on the road and really feeling hungry and I had half a roast beef sandwich--first bread in a long time. Wendy's chili is also on the lunch menu if I need that.
Dinner is portion control with low carbs
I feel satisfied after dinner and not really that hungry the rest of the day. | |
