coast of Maine
Curios ,it was easier for me as my wife was doing this for 2 years and I was eating her good foods and still wailing the bread and donuts to me.We have an on farm bakery and when they are baking a few hundred loaves the whole farm smells great and I could eat like no tomorrow. So I quit them just about 3 months ago. With creative recipes and even pizza is very good done correctly I am at the weight I wanted and my donut stomach is gone, just amazes me cause I eat a lot, still have coffee breaks but not the 4 donuts, thanks to John b and others like you its easy.Just a couple days before my injury I told my wife I hadnt felt this strong in years, was wielding a chainsaw on a wood pile and better balance and strength. It will be there when this back brace is gone as I feel strong still but not allowed to lift.
